Welcome to Tots to Teens Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics on Foster Road in San Antonio, TX! Our mission is to make your child’s dental experience fun and anxiety-free.

Our office has exciting amenities for kids, such as a play area with books and toys, tablets and video games, TVs in our treatment rooms, cozy blankets, a cavity-free club, and a treasure chest of prizes. We also offer a variety of dental services, including dental sedation to help your child feel comfortable and at ease in the dental chair.

Dr. Lane, a kids' dentist in San Antonio, TX

Dr. Nicole Lane

Dr. Lane is a general dentist who has specialty training in pediatric dentistry, pediatric advanced life support, and is certified to administer nitrous oxide and sedation.

Born and raised in El Paso, TX, Dr. Lane moved to San Antonio to attend The University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Dental School, graduating in 2013.

Dr. Lane has fallen in love with beautiful San Antonio and has lived here for over ten years with her husband, two kids, and many furry babies. She is also a member of the San Antonio Dental Society and enjoys taking continuing education classes. Dr. Lane loves children and is very patient; she will treat your child like her own!

Dr. Ramirez, a kids' dentist in San Antonio, TX

Dr. Victoria Ramirez

Dr. Ramirez is a board-certified pediatric dentist, meaning she has specialized training to treat kids of all ages with the highest quality of care.

Dr. Ramirez was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. She attended Texas A&M International University where she played volleyball and served as president of the Pre-Dental Society. Dr. Ramirez received her dental degree at The University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston.

She completed her pediatric dentistry specialty training at NYU Langone Health in Nashville, TN. She was chief resident and received extensive training in pediatric sedation dentistry.

Outside of the office, Dr. Ramirez loves to travel, cook international foods, stay active, and cheer for the San Antonio Spurs.
